I am absolutely furious with the appalling service I received from McDonald's through Uber Eats. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I’m beyond livid at how I’ve been treated. To start, my original order was canceled because the location was closed. Fine, that’s frustrating, but understandable. However, when I tried again and placed a second order, things only got worse. The order was taking forever, and the estimated delivery time kept getting delayed. I was patient at first, but as time passed, I became more and more frustrated. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I had no choice but to cancel the order myself. Why? Because McDonald's failed to deliver in any reasonable time frame, and I couldn’t afford to keep waiting. But the worst part? I got charged $6.99 for absolutely nothing! I used a credit for this order, thinking I was at least going to get my meal, but instead, my credit is now gone, and I’ve received absolutely nothing in return. The fact that I got charged for an order that was never delivered is outrageous and completely unacceptable. McDonald's, this is beyond poor service. You’ve completely wasted my time, taken my money, and left me with absolutely nothing. The lack of communication, the ridiculous delays, and now the fact that I lost my credit, all while I get charged for nothing, is absolutely infuriating. How is it that a major company like McDonald's can’t even manage something as simple as an online order? I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after this utter disaster, I will NEVER be ordering from McDonald’s through Uber Eats again. You have completely lost my trust. I want my credit back, and I expect an immediate resolution to this nonsense. The way you’ve handled this situation is nothing short of a disgrace. I won’t be spending another penny at your restaurant until I see some serious improvements in your service."

I came in tonight to buy the new car double chicken big Mac and parking lot is completely dark outside. Exterior lights do not work ordering screen was cracked. I was not greeted when I came through. They told me on DoorDash acceptance tonight at 10 o’clock. I’ll have to call McDonald’s app to get a refill because they wouldn’t accept my order.

I seldom eat fast food and even less McDonalds yet i must say the employees were friendly, professional and timely in their food delivery. The food was fresh and hot. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I even went so far as to mention this to others today and even the S Grand location.
