Great Service, but Someone Hid the Butter from My ButterBurger Look, I love Culver’s. The vibe is friendly, the custard is dangerously good, and the cheese curds could probably solve world peace. But this time… something went wrong. My ButterBurger was drier than a stand-up comedian at an empty open mic. I took a bite and immediately started looking around for a glass of water like I was lost in the desert. Now, I know they can do better—I’ve had juicy, delicious burgers here before. Maybe the cook was having an off day, or maybe the butter union went on strike. Either way, I’ll be back, but next time, I’m bringing my own bottle of ranch just in case.

Most importantly, I want to first note that the manager and staff are absolutely lovely. They are the reason for the 3 stars, but sadly this location’s food quality is hit or miss. I moved to the area 4 months ago and have had it a few times, and only once was it made how it would’ve been made at other Culver’s. Today I ordered a mixer with wild cherry (usually makes the ice cream a deep pink color) and cheesecake, and I think there may have been one cherry and one peice of cheesecake in the entire thing lol. It tasted (and looked) like straight vanilla with a few tiny bits of graham cracker every once in a while. Again, super nice people, and I know service industry staff are already overworked, but they just might need a teeny bit more training if possible.

Absolutely fabulous place no matter which location you visit. Really yummy shrimp and cocktail sauce. The Butter Burgers can't be topped. Great French fries! The custard is absolutely unbelievable.
