Beware. If you have coupons, they will not honor them. My daughter’s birthday cake was completely ruined by this store a few years ago. Rather than refund us, we were given free blizzard coupons. Today, we attempted to use the coupons. We were told they will not be honored. And just like that, we no longer buy ice cream here. There are dozens of other great locations in the neighborhood. Try Rita’s, Sub Zero, or Cold Stone for example.

Asked for a cheeseburger w ketchup kids meal, got a hamburger with ketchup…..Took it up to ask for cheese, they came back with a cheeseburger with pickles mustard and ketchup. I take it back up to tell them and the manager searches my meal to tell me I didn’t get a cheeseburger….I actually did, I can’t help that they didn’t type it in, but since it wasn’t typed in after spending about 50$ I guess adding cheese was just too much of a problem, and the fact that he had to go into the computer just to find my meal to tell me I didn’t order a cheeseburger only ketchup is wild to me. All that for a 5¢ piece of cheese. 0/10. Will never come back here again! And this was the manager of the store…..the cashier was nice!!

We spent about $23 here. The first item we got was a blizzard, they did not turn it upside down. After we got the test of our items we told the (I assume the owner) that they didn't turn the blizzard upside down, he proceeded to say okay and tried shutting the window and tried to tell him that it's supposed to be free if they don't turn our blizzard upside down. He looked at us (all women) like we were dumb and closed the window. I wouldn't go here if you don't have too
