Update 10/17/24 I’ve been a loyal customer of Piada, but I’m extremely disappointed with their service recently. This is now the third time in a row that my order has either been missing items or simply not ready when I arrive for pickup. I’m left waiting and dealing with incomplete meals. It’s frustrating and makes me reconsider coming back. I hope Piada can fix these issues soon, but after three strikes, it’s hard to stay positive. 9/10/24 We ordered online for pickup and had to wait 15 minutes before the order was ready. In addition, we had missing items, so we had to come back to pick up the missing items. The server was apologetic and worked to correct the issue.

We arrived about 7:00 on a Friday and there was a line of about 8 people in front of us. The line moved right along but a couple of people were waiting for their food and we were able to slip by. The tables were not exactly clean but a quick wipe with a napkin made it acceptable. Food quality and taste were excellent Free drink refills were available.
