The food was very good. I ordered a skinny sandwich and soup combo. The chicken pot pie soup was very hearty. There were lots of veggies in it. Initially there was an ingredient forgotten on my sandwich, but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff, they were happy to fix it for me and even provided compensation for the mistake. If I'm in the area again I would definitely return. The staff was very kind and helpful. I also tried the seasonal eggnog shake and it was delicious!

We ordered a chicken salad salad. When it came, there was approximately one tablespoon of chicken salad on it. It looked like a joke someone was playing on us. I called the store and the manager (who was very nice and very professional) said that this is the new portion size that is mandated. It wasn't a mistake but was the portion they were supposed to use. This is an $8 dish and I would be surprised if it cost them 50 cents to make. This just tells me how much they think of their customers. Our sandwiches were good but not good enough to make up for that.

Never been to the Potbelly Sandwich shop before, so I went with the wife. The place was very nice and open for dinning inside. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded. Normally I would have gone to a different place for this type of meal. I was surprised that the place was very open. I had the 'wreck sandwich' on wheat bread. The sandwich was good and they make it per your taste. I wish they offered a cheese bread and a few more condiments. This would make for a better selection on the menu.
