I have tried this location a few times over the last year or so. Today, I placed an ap order for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and a small hash brown. Placed order at 10:03 am. After sitting in the drive thru- I was handed my order at 10:25. 22 minutes. And my food… cold. Last time I ordered a whopper jr and a small fry and it took 30 min. HOW does an order take this long?? There were two cars in the drive thru before me as 3 cars pulled away due to long wait times. The dining room was not busy. I know staffing can be an issue. But this location has been like this for over a year. Corporate needs to come and clean house. That’s beyond stupid and I will no longer go here. No apology at all was given. Update- after eating this food, I got food poisoning and was shitting and puking my brains out for almost 24 hours. I emailed, no response. They don’t care that I got the sickest I have ever gotten in my life. DO. NOT. EAT. HERE.

If I could leave less than 1 start I absolutely would. We got food 3/12/25 around 6.30pm. 2 bacon double cheeseburgers, 1 no pickle. They were both just regular cheeseburgers and they both had pickles. My boyfriend ran it back and let the manager know what was wrong with it, she was snotty & rude. She snatched the bag up and said “we’ll remake it.” When he got home, my burger was ice cold. Makes no sense. Also, not that it’s required or anything but any other time I’ve had that big of an issue with an order, they let us keep the messed up order or offer something like a drink or a fry for free.

They cannot follow instructions. So if you order something special, do not leave that drive-through until you check your bag and your sandwiches. It's not just a one off. It's every time I go there. Also, do not sell churro fries, unless you're going to offer small cups of chocolate sauce to dip them in !!! What the hell! I had to look on your website, to see that it was an offered. I thought it was missing from my bag! I won't be bag. FAIL BK owners!! FAIL!
