Fun atmosphere and staff seem nice. Food was not great but the chocolate old fashioned soda I got was yummy. I'd recommend for ice cream/desserts definitely but not as much for food. My burger was dry and bland - mediocre at the very best. But again, ice cream was good.

Burger was literally crunchy and fries were cold and soggy. Drove back to have them replace it because I called for over 20 minutes and nobody answered. Got there only to have the kids working act like I was being ridiculous and smirk and show others that were working like I was being ridiculous. Burgers were replaced but not the fries and after the interaction I had at the window with the employee, I wasn't even comfortable eating the replacement burger. Customer service was terrible. Food was terrible. Do better!

You get more for your money here than practically anywhere else nowadays - especially for the flavor and texture of a handmade burger. Two scoops of ice cream is more like two and a half. It's a good deal. The place was better staffed than any fast food kitchen I've personally worked in. Got the burger on the tray pretty much instantly - just had to wait a minute or less on a bag of fresh fries.
