I don’t come to this location often, but when I have, it’s been a very good fast food experience. The food’s about what you’d expect for any Dairy Queen location, but I appreciate that if you eat your meal in the restaurant, you can go up and get your dessert later (a perk I rarely see in other fast food chains). Also, they typically bring your food out to the table. This makes it a lot more family friendly, which came in handy when I went to this location with my family when I was much younger. I’ve also typically come during times where it hasn’t been crowded with my friends, and there’s nothing quite like getting to chat for a long while in relative peace. If I was at say, McDonald’s, I don’t think that would be happening. At this rate, it’s become a classic spot for us to hang out from time to time. Overall, this is a restaurant with solid food and good service. Would recommend.

We used to love this Dairy Queen. Great food and great service. They were well staffed and everyone was always friendly. The last several months it has gone downhill so fast. There’s been a noticeable drop in quality of all of the food we’ve gotten and the service is unremarkable. There are a lot fewer staff members and they always seem too busy to provide good service. The place feels very stale and unpleasant. We won’t be going back.

Another former worker here- the previous owner was fantastic, she made sure to teach us all correctly and we had a lot of success. The new management severely lowered quality and pushed us to make things as low effort as possible. Nowadays if you go in, it will likely be silent and uncomfortable because of the greatly increased prices and bad customer service. Our location is now approaching sit down restaurant prices with dollar tree quality. Additionally, the random 5 star reviews I see here are likely their friends to try and make the reviews seem better. I would recommend you avoid this location at all costs.
