Had a horrible experience at the drive thru, had to tell the employee my order several times, he said some things couldn’t be made after the long wait we finally got our food. Made it home and the chicken sandwich was completely Raw… lovely… no wonder DQ, Taco Bell and Arby’s had long lines and Wendy’s was our choice because there was zero cars in line… I see why 🤢🤢🤢🤮

Upon entering it appeared to be quite dirty in the dining room. The floors looked as if they hadn’t been swept in weeks and the drink machine/area was very sticky and gross. Upon ordering we had asked about a sandwich and if it could come with something else that it didn’t have. Instead of asking the young man taking our order just shook his head back and forth and said I dunno I don’t think so. He wouldn’t go ask anyone so we moved on. To keep it short, both ketchup pumps were out/missing, so we had to grab sticky packets of ketchup instead. The drink machine was out of several of the pop options, one of which tasted terrible and we dumped out. The bathroom was disgusting and the room was rather dark. They weren’t rude however nobody was helpful either. Could’ve just been an off day but with only 4 other people inside when we arrived I wasn’t sure about that.

Drive Thru is horrible. Asked for two cheeseburgers, 1 medium fry, side of ranch. Gave me 1 double cheeseburger and no ranch. Even had the guy on the mic repeat my order. Not the first time this has happened either. Thanks a lot.
