Blonde gentleman in the drive thru was very courteous and has a great attitude. This is why I am making a review. He even went as far as to deliver my food to my car when it was not ready immediately. Not all fast food places are able to maintain this level of customer service. Thank you! Now if you're arriving at 12 am (an hour before close), like I did, just expect the fries to taste stale and the food to not be hot.

I am genuinely so fed up with Wendy’s. Every time I come happy or content, I leave in a bad mood. The service is god awful. The frosty took longer than it should and was very much melted. Every single time I go to a Wendy’s there is something that goes wrong. I’ve worked in fast food and I’ll tell you it’s not that hard to be a nice decent person and provide the thing they ordered up to decent standard. If it’s not up to standard? I would fix it because people paid their hard earned money for it. I am never coming back to a Wendy’s.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The store did not have one of my items from a mobile order and they wanted to substitute extra fries for the saucy nuggets. No other options. They could only sub fries. The manager was unable to refund my order and refused to offer any other options except fries, which were already part of my order. After a few minutes of trying to figure out a solution, the manager shut the window and refused to give me my food. I went inside to find him on the phone with the police. The GM should be fired if this is really how they train their shift managers. One easy way it could have been resolved, would be to let me know that they are out of my item before I get to the window. That way I can still cancel in the app. Unfortunately once the food has started to be prepared, I am not able to cancel the order anymore. A fact that the manager was not aware. He kept telling me that I needed to cancel the order in my app, even after I showed him I was unable to cancel. He said he could not cancel the order or refund my money. Very frustrating overall. Not only did they waste my time I never even got my food. Is it possible to give zero stars? UPDATE: I contacted Wendy’s customer service for a refund. I was on hold for more than a half hour waiting for somebody. The person told me they would have a manager call me. No one ever contacted me about the incident. Wendy’s might as well start closing your stores down now if this is the way you run them.
