Honestly, the Kickin chicken sandwich here is money. Everything about it is great. The seasoned fries with their sauce are also very tasty. I’ve had multiple good meals here and would recommend.

My go to zalad!! Love the fried chicken salad. We have lived away from Zaxby's for 8 years, and since (probably Covid) things have changed a bit. The salads used to be larger with bigger portion toppings. Also was served nicely arranged on a plate, now in a "take home" plastic container. Still good to be back, just a bit of a down grade from years ago.

The only reason there's more than 1 star is because the customer service was awesome! The employee working the intercom was patient and polite and our order was 100% correct. I wanted to try Zaxby's because of all the hype but the food really disappointed me. The chicken tenders and fries just tasted like the food in the frozen meal section at Walmart. Bland? The fries were INSANELY salty. The tenders were super small. The toast was... toast you make at home. The only redeeming thing food wise was the coleslaw. That was really good. I don't think this is a location thing, I think it's just Zaxby's in general. Another plus is how huge the drinks are. My medium felt like a large. For the price and talk, I just expected more.
