1. The drive through employee was very rude from the beginning. 1/31/25 at 9pm. 2. We ordered 3 kids meals with cheeseburger and 1 hamburger kids meal. The meat was undercooked. Very red/pink in the center. 3. We will not be returning.

We stopped here with a fairly large group late and received great service. The food was delicious!

I watched an employee get sent home while it was 4 degrees outside, -15 with windchill, simply for having a hoodie on under her uniform shirt. There's apparently a community sweater that everyone where's? Which is vastly unsanitary, I wouldn't want to where some random strangers clothes. So, we will not be returning, but I don't really see that as a loss since they're chicken tastes like fish and not only is it cross contamination to even put chicken and fish in the same oil, but they cook at different temperatures. So, is the fish burning, or am I going to get sick from my chicken? I have a friend who has to go to the hospital if she even touches fish residue, so I guess it's good that she's never eaten at a Culver's.
