Let me just say I have had very few poor experiences with my local Rally's establishments over my lifetime. I would not normally do this to any place I enjoy eating from time to time but this is the last straw. I have on at least 2 other occasions of eating at my local Rally's been served partially raw food. This has rendered me from eating there in the past from more than 1 location. So on this day I am here to report the serving of raw chicken tenders. Please always check any meat products that get served by Rally's because the staff is not always in tune with the importance of proper food preparation. I ate a few bites a this before I wanted to vomit at what I saw.

I want to make a point right away and say this is not a review over food or the establishment itself but so much as the young lady that was running the drive-thru with dark hair and glasses. Has such a crappy attitude. Asking her for ketchup she drops her hand and size real hard like I'm putting her out of her place. I don't understand why she doesn't realize she's being paid to do what she's doing. I don't have time for that kind of negativity in my life but somebody should check that attitude of hers. Cheap 100% definitely has no business dealing with customers with such a poor attitude.

Ok so we aren't from town and stopped by after a concert at baker Street,well the start of our experience was from the ai speaker which isn't customer service! Second time trying to order I asked the man if they had a double check meal he said very rude no!! So I said ok thanks we're good and was pulling out of the drive thru and he shows his butt to me and my child for no reason at all and was extremely rude so I stop my car go in and ask what is the problem only to be ignored by all staff while they dance and laugh at us!! Very immature people in there will not return to any rallys ever again also placed a call to cooperate and was told they can give me 50 percent off next time we stop by lol no thanks! Cooper's did not give a rats behind if their employees were so awful 😞 DON'T go to this location period!
