Ok so I ordered the chicken bites box combo that said it cost 5.19. I placed my order and the total came to 6.89. that leaves a difference of 1.70. how in God's name can you put a 1.70 tax on a five dollar purchase. Is tax in Indiana more then in Michigan. Flabbergasted, not to mention the fries and chicken is soggy. The BBQ sauce container is microscopic. No good rallys. Rip offs.

Let me get one thing clear, this 3-star has NOTHING to do with the food. It was soooooooo good. Everything is very well seasoned. The chicken sandwich I got was astounding. The fries were also super crunchy. With that aside, I was disappointed by how we got the order. The cashier was very nice, and put everything in correctly, there were just a few issues in the back, and we needed up only getting like 2.5 out of our 5 meals. The man apologized profusely and accommodated us. If the food was not as good, this could've been an easy 2 star rating, but anything less that 3 is a sin for such nice people, and such amazing food. P.S. the food was very good, I forgot to get a picture of my chicken sandwich, so I took one of my little brother's fries and nuggets.

Really friendly staff working Thursday. The building was clean and as decorated as every other Rally's. The food was hot and fresh. Not quite the value that it used to be, but food cost has gone up for everyone. Also, it's a great place to get a banana shake.
