Adrian took my order rt away, she was polite and personable. I had the best service bc I was listened to and I felt she genuinely made a conversation/order more fun. She cared about my side requests which I feel is missed 9/10 times in other drive thru encounters. The Big Buford I ordered was exceptional! It was fresh and the vegetables were crispy! Best experience for an impromptu hunger stop! Thanks Adrian 😁

This Rally's ice cream machine is never down at any time I've visited. Drive thru is fairly quick. The reason for the three stars on atmosphere was due to sitting at the speaker for over 8 minutes only to look over and see the assistant manager making a deal with some tomboy chick and only after they saw me looking did she scramble to get inside as more cars came in after myself. Then the tomboy went up to the window to cause more delays and from what I saw free food. And the manager during the day is top notch. She has her game on. Efficient. Quick and really friendly.
