Tried Rallys for the first time in awhile the other day. I ordered a Rally burger, small fry and a banana milkshake. They made my burger as I asked the first time. Many other fast food places always get it wrong and they have to remake it so that was a first! The fries were great, I could stop by again and just order fries and be satisfied! The banana milkshake was also VERY good! I wasn't able to get a picture of it for this review because it was gone so fast. It had a good amount of flavor, but not too much flavor! I am glad they had that option because I wasn't feeling chocolate or vanilla that day. The burger was okay, it didn't taste like it was done enough for me. It was a good size however! I would stop by again and get the fries and shake!

The food is always hot and fresh. The fries are phenomenal and I wish there was one in Huntington. Update to my review just stopped in today and we were assisted by Marc and Jeff and they were hands down the best people I've ever had in a drive thru. They are an example every fast food joint should follow! Honestly they outdid Chick-fil-A!! And they deserve a raise! Wow!!

They had my husband drive up out of the way to give him fresh fries. Waited about 7 mins. Drove back home to find out they didn’t put the fries in the bag. My husband drove back to get them and they closed early. Not that big of a deal-but they clearly lack organization.
