workers are super rude and i’ve been there a total of 3 times and every single time i get a rude worker. drive thru worker mumbled everything. once i got my food she handed me a drink tht wasn’t even all the way filled to the top. i’m pretty sure she handed me a drink thts been sitting there cuz the ice looked like they were already melting. overall do not go to this location unless u want horrible food service . if i could give no stars i would

We went in at 5pm. The lobby was messy. Sticky/ dirty tables. The food was good. The Salted Carmel frostee is very good! Fast service, especially during the dinner rush.

I recently visited the Wendy's drive-thru, and it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. To start, the staff took an eternity to even acknowledge us. When they finally did, they had an incredibly rude attitude, acting like we were inconveniencing them just by placing an order. As if that wasn't bad enough, one of our drinks was completely wrong, and one of the sandwich we ordered was made incorrectly, despite us repeating it 5+ times. To top it off, the food was lukewarm at best and soggy—nothing like what you'd expect from a fast-food chain that prides itself on fresh, hot meals. Overall, the customer service and food quality were both unacceptable. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon.
