If this was my first impression of a Culver's, I'd never return. Service was laughably slow. Took a little more than 10 minutes to get my basket. The restaurant wasn't slammed with a lunch or dinner rush. The burger came out cold, the fries in the center of the bag were hot. The fries around the edge of the bag were cool. A sign that the basket sat in the window too long. I had made a previous visit and the cheese curds were cold. There doesn't seem to be a sense of urgency here. You're better off going somewhere else.

I stopped here late in the evening and it was great. They were not busy so I got my food really quickly after ordering. The food was hot and fresh and very flavorful. And the chocolate mint cookie custard was really good for dessert. If you're looking for a good burger at a fast food place with good dessert options, this is a great location to go to.

This is the best location I've ever eaten at!! The food was excellent. Lots of menu choices, both food and deserts. Service is Top Notch. The atmosphere is very nice and very clean. Has an outdoor seating area. The bathroom was clean. It's a busy location but staff handles it very well. I highly recommend this location 👌
