Whether you are passing through town or you are a local, GOOD LUCK! Every time I give this place a chance, they ALWAYS disappoint. I just ordered some food in the drive through and they told me to wait for my order. After 30 minutes later I decided to go again to the drive through to ask about my order. Their response: WE FORGOT. What?!?!?! If you go here, don’t expect the best. This is the worst Jack in the Box in Indianapolis. I doubt they will be opened much longer with this kind of service.

Maybe don't advertise that you're open 24 hours yet every time I get off work at 3 and get there around 3:45 we get greeted with "door dash only." So...we had to pull over and make our order on door dash, pay an extra fee, and add more hassle after a 10 hour shift as an industrial electrician. I just posted a review on another jack in the box with an even worse experience so we tried this one and this is what we get. Pretty sure I'm done even trying with jack in the box. Shakes are to die for, but they're not worth pissing me off right before sunrise. This is 4 strikes. I'm out.

Stopped by after a concert to get a quick food fix and was pleased with excellent customer service with hot fresh food that hit the spot. I wasn't expecting great service around midnight but they delivered and were quick. The flavor of the burger and fries were spot on. The shake was very flavorful as well.
