I ordered to go with this restaurant. I ordered a burger without all the extras on it hoping they would make the sandwich the correct way. Once I got it home the sandwich was not made correctly. This is not the first time I have gotten wrong orders from this restaurant. I guess it is hard to follow simple directions. If a customer orders a sandwich without certain toppings on it, it needs to be made correctly. There are people that have allergies that may not be able to have certain ingredients and this place doesn’t take that seriously.

Update: A gentleman came outside, and I was able to flag him down. He said the pickups are coming in out of order and they are having to cook the orders as they get to the window and there are tons of orders made just sitting there. I feel SO BAD for these guys. Your system is broken! The employees have kept their cool and seem to be doing their best with a bad situation. Keeping one star so management sees this and does something for them! Update: It is now 8:14, and the line has not moved for a LONG TIME. I’m stuck in the stupid coral! They are letting cars go through the normal drive through for pickup on the other side, but have not offered any reason why this line won’t budge. Ordered online from the line and had maybe 12-13 cars ahead of me. Each car that has pulled up to the window in front of me has taken an extremely long time to leave the window. Not sure what’s going on here, but there’s nothing “fast” about this service at a fast food restaurant. I’m still 7 cars away, placed my order at 7:33 and it is now 7:57. I am praying my food will be hot, because this has already added 30 minutes to a 4 hour car ride. Definitely wasn’t expecting this, and would have left the line had I not already paid for my food. Cool that you’re open on Christmas, but maybe that wasn’t a good idea if you don’t have staff for it. I can only imagine they are stressed too!

The two employees that I interacted with on the day shift (1pm) were great. However, this place is out of the realm of fast food. Don't come here for your lunch break. It took me 23 minutes to get my 4 burgers, and I had to eat while working! Also, drink missing! Cross check, takes 6 seconds.
