Just went to try the new melt and churros. Received a sloppy burger on untoasted bun and extremely greesy churros. The young lady was nice at the window but the food quality is trash! 1/10

The order I wanted was very simple. I wanted a fully loaded biscuit meal. I wanted it large sized with a mellow yellow light ice. I had to repeat more to five times. My daughter works for Burger King so I know that they do this. I know that they have it. I know that they offer it. To get up, I popped to the window. The person is nice and pleasant. They give me My drink, it is definitely not white ice and then they give me my food. The hashbrowns were medium, not a large. I paid for large and then open up my sandwich and it’s a croissant even though I said biscuit five different times. I figured there was no point of calling them to complain because I doubt they even understand what I was trying to say on the phone.

The usually is the best Burger King in town but I was very disappointed 😞 the food was cold and unseasoned. The fries and onion rings were cold old and bland. I ordered Whopper jr duos for my family and the amount of toppings was awful. One tomato the size of a quarter, one small slice of lettuce and a ton of condiments. I wasn't impressed at all with the quality of food. The cashier was rude when I explained the order was wrong...they had forgot two sandwiches. When I had complained the manager told me "Well you got what you paid for!" The nuggets were so old they were crunchy. I had filled out the free whopper on the back of the receipt and the manager tried to argue with me and tell me I had to buy a drink and a fry. My husband literally had to read the back of the receipt to prove we didn't. Then they bagged the sandwich aggressively and threw it across the counter at us. I heard one worker make a comment about my weight and they were surprised with how big I was I didn't order more food 😞 the other worker replied "Probably because they can't afford to feed a beast like that!" Little do they know I have a medical problem that causes me to gain weight even after dieting and exercise. I'm debating whether or not to return to this restaurant again. I would give no stars if I could. The restaurant was really clean though
