We ended up not ordering. We waited in the drive through for several minutes, with no message from the clerk. The other car waiting drove to the door & went in. We decided to drive to the window to put our order in there. The woman said she just got off her break & she's taking another order and we'd have to go back to the order speaker. She gave no apology, & no reason the drive through had no coverage while she was on a break. Not a good way to treat customers. McDonalds got our business this time.

I have been to this location several times and never cared to leave a review because service was lower to average. There is a new manager and even though they are short staffed they handled orders and made changes to orders if needed very well. They delivered a great fast food experience over the lunch rush hour. The food was fresh and consumer service was excellent. 11-13-24

This is by far the worst BK in the US. Service is terrible! The help is not qualified to even be in the food service business. This place needs to be shut down, cleaned thoroughly and re-opened with all new help if BK wants to keep this location. Only positive I can say about this location is that they maintain their exterior landscaping. Don't waste your time stopping here!
