This is the best Culver's in the Niles/Mishawaka/South Bend area. The burgers are definitely not good for your health as they should be. The ice cream is always loaded with toppings. Everyone working at this location is nice and pleasant. The one time my partner and I had a problem the manager came out and gave us coupons for our next visit.

I love this location. But I do not find it necessary for employees to be standing in the cold taking orders on a tablet especially when it was not peak hours. Its was 40 degrees at 8pm at night. Seems like poor management practices. Sounds more like an employee hazard than being helpful for your customers. If it was busy it could be justified. But it was absolutely dead no cars waiting in line. There are no warming stations here and there was no one in the drive thru when we pulled up. You will lose the good employee forcing them outside in the cold. This is Indiana not California. If a tablet is that important then have the manager stand out there. I am sure after an hour they will reconsider if it is a good idea.

Excellent food, prepared well. Food hot. Professional, courteous service. Greeted on the way in and on the way out. Cod is the best: lightly battered, flaky, scrumptious taste, fresh aroma, still steaming hot by the time I got home. Best CULVER'S ( continually) that I've ever been to [ Indiana St. Rt. 933, Roseland ].
