Sat in the drive thru for literally an hour to get cold half done food. Pissed!

The food is great, the woman running the counter was very rude, when I put my hand out to receive my change she put it on the counter, she didn't smile or say thank you. she was also belittling other customers waiting at the drive through.just because you're busy is no reason to be rude.

Saturday night (yesterday, after football game) my husband and I went through the drive thru. It was very busy and we were starving, but the line kept moving. After we ordered a ridiculous amount of food for the two of us, the (what seemed to be) manager came outside to confirm a few items in our order. The employee taking orders and giving us our food appeared to be new, but made sure he got everything right, was kind, and doing his best- a great experience for late night fast food!
