everytime i come here the food is always burnt, was suppose to have bacon and did not get any & dealing with shitty service doesn’t make it any better. slamming a window in my face over me asking for a drink carrier is just ridiculous.

2/9/25 Update: If you get the right person running the windows they will honor the sidehop classic prices. One person wanted to argue with me about the price of the quarter pound double cheese. The ice cream and shakes are definitely the best things here. The burgers are pretty average. What gets me is how often the prices on the menu are not honored. There have been at least 3 different trips where I order an item expecting the menu price and they ring it up for way more. The Quarter pound double cheese burger showed $3.89 as a car hop classic but they charged over $7 for it! I canceled that order cause charging double and not honoring the special is crazy to me. Not sure I want to keep trying at this location. This never happens to me at the South Bend location.

I asked prices for shakes gave me two different kinds of flavors and how much. Prices 5.99 for classic and for ultimate 6.99 I asked for classic strawberry large and get charged 7.37. It was a good shake but on pictures online or at drive in show a lot of strawberry in shake. And to be honest I tasted maybe 7 pieces of strawberry in shake. I was told that a classic shake at 5.99 it would be with tax about 6.28. I like to know where the 1.09 went to? Maybe to employee pockets just my opinion. For the prices sonic charges on items why be cheap with drinks and food. I still remember when I ordered a plain hotdog for my grandson and I get charged an arm and a leg for it. Sonic’s prices are ridiculous. Just once I like to get what I order and enjoy it but never going to happen anywhere cause a lot of restaurants are cutting corners.
