So sad I ordered a short concrete and got about a less than a minis worth of toppings that were just spun at the top so I couldn’t eat the rest of it because it was just custard. Waste of money, ill just get a mini next time to ensure i get a topping in every bite(hopefully). I worked at culvers for 3 years and always made sure the toppings were mixed in throughout the whole concrete and its so frustrating because its not the first time this happens

This was some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They really do have a lot of employees working at the same time and are on top of everything. Jacqueline (think that was her name) was amazing working the front counter. The fries are average, but still good. The burgers, which you custom pick all your toppings, was one of the better burger I have had in awhile. Definitely would get a burger here again and try a different side to mix it up. Plenty of seating throughout. To top it off, as I was getting ready to walk out with my takeout food, an employee hustled over the the door to open it for me. Never expected service this good. Thank you Culver's!

Culver's is second to none at customer service! Their burgers are delicious! Their regular chicken tenders will have you ordering chicken tenders again. I just discovered their pretzel bites, which are legit! And the cheese dip! OMG! Just FYI: the Buffalo chicken tenders are NOT the same as the regular chicken tenders AT ALL. Different breading that is thick and large crunchy, unlike the regular ones.
