My grandma ordered a cheeseburger on 2/24/25 they gave us a bun and cheese no meat in the burger, she calls to get another one and management says she’s not getting another one as the workers says “you have to make things right” management didn’t care and told my 75 year old grandma she’s isn’t getting one

Service was excellent and the food tasted great but but paying twice what you pay for a breakfast burrito at QT and it's not much bigger seems hard to swallow.

Just be patient! It will be worth it. I prefer fresh and hot food made correctly. Over a sloppy 5 minute experience. Nice and efficient customer service!! I don't mind tipping and I will be back
