The general manager is an outstanding person! Cares about his role! I've seen him back in the trenches with everybody, helping them do whatever it takes to make the place shine and run smooth. The food's always fresh! Great service and the place is always a clean & pleasant atmosphere... I'm a regular... Highly recommend this place for the money!!

My family frequent Culver’s throughout the year. The last two times we’ve come through drive-through we’ve only got half of our meals. Driving back to a fast food place to get your meal fixed is not doable. That’s why we use drive-through’s. There has to be a better system to get refunds.

3 of 5 burgers, including two kids meals were served undercooked and raw inside. Checking other reviews this seems to be a frequent issue at this location. The manager was responsive, had them remake the kids meals and gave us coupons for value baskets, but this is a first concern issue. If your food isn't safe, nothing else matters imho. It will be a while before we return to this location.
