We have frequented this establishment for some time now, and on each occasion, our expectations have been consistently exceeded. The standard of customer service provided is exemplary, and the culinary offerings surpass even our loftiest anticipations. Our preferred selection, the Atlantic cod dinner, never fails to impress; its flavors are truly sublime. During our most recent visit, we placed a sizable order, necessitating separate payments. Despite the added complexity, the staff exhibited remarkable patience and accommodated our request without hesitation. Their understanding and flexibility were greatly appreciated. Above all else, the overall experience we enjoyed was nothing short of exceptional. We depart with the utmost satisfaction, eagerly anticipating our next visit. We commend the establishment on their continued dedication to excellence and look forward to returning in the near future.

Another screw up!! This place has been consistently going down hill. Today I waited nearly 30 min in the drive through, drove 45 min home only to find out they screwed up the order. I called and some kid REFUSED to refund my money unless I drove all the way back. So I paid $33 for 4 chicken tenders, fries and rings. Keep the change Culvers, I'm done with this place!

What we ordered vs what we got. Cold in the middle chicken after having to wait a good 15 minutes on the food. Such a shame . I want a refund. Update: Management got in touch with us and offered us a complimentary meal, which was very tasty!
