We waited 40 minutes for 5 peoples meals at 7 pm paying 56.00. Then 20 minutes into the wait, im told the shake machine don't work. Given a cup for soda only to find out half of the soda options were not functioning. I'm sorry, but when you go all the way to Kansas.City for Jack in the box.And you go in to eat inside a restaurant.You expect better service and hot food, that is all present accounted for and correct, the first time , for 56 freaking dollars. You can keep your sour dough Jack!

We just went through the DT and ordered a number 11 large with regular french fries and I wanted the popcorn chicken Big Box we're curly fries when we got to the window was told they only had spicy left so I got three chicken strips in a medium curly fry I have yet look at the burger or chicken strips but these what we got for fries I would have gave a no star if it would have let me the service was very slow one girl was sitting over in the booth laughing and playing like two other people were working I'm very disappointed and Jack in the Box. T you could tell that the curly fries were old they were called and crunchy and tasted like old grease they was not even filled to the top. We got home and tried our sandwich and like I said we ordered the number 11 this is what my husband got supposed to have lettuce tomato and bacon did not get any of that I would like the district manager to contact me thanks

I’ve never had such a disgustingly bad experience like this at a Jack in the box. I ordered a double bacon smash jack meal, payed 15 bucks which already insane for what I received. All the food was clearly made an hour or two ago. So these people in here have ZERO management, ZERO care for customer satisfaction and possibly ZERO care for cleanliness for all I know. I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it all away. It was like they literally served me something out of the trash! Unreal if you ask me I mean some of us get off work late and this is our only option. Somebody needs to hire a manager to MANAGE what these people are giving their customers because somebody could get really sick or worse… won’t be returning.
