Had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was delicious! It's so nice to order and not get treated like you're bothering them! I know it's training but hearing them say "my pleasure" makes you feel welcomed.

The only thing that they need to pay attention to... is when someone asks for Mayo to be put on their sandwich... please add the Mayo. The lettuce was super wilted n didn't taste good. The grill chicken was dry. The bun had too much butter. The Mac n Cheese was amazing. The cashier Jackson was amazing and very professional and polite. My husband ordered the Spicy Chicken Club Meal, and his food was amazing.

I was in the Topeka chick fil a on January 15th . I received my food and sat down when I was greeted by the warmest smile I've ever experienced. A young man named Brendan walked up to my table and said "hi , how are you today ? " We proceeded to have a conversation about our days . This young man is such a bright light ! He absolutely made my day just shooting the breeze about nothing. He really deserves to be recognized for the positivity he brings to your company.
