The friendliness warmth and charm is almost non existent. Staff are attentive and timely. Food has gone so far down hill. Sauces literally drip off sandwiches. For the prices now it's not worth it the turkey sandwich was bland. Best part is the flavored fries.

I have been to this Spangles many times in my lifetime and have always enjoyed it. However, today was unacceptable. Me and my family went through the drive-thru and ordered 7 cones. Plain and simple. The Manager of this store (yes the manager) said that she couldn’t do that because she was the only one working, and it would be too difficult. As we drove by, we noticed several workers working. When we called the store, she picked up and said she was the manager. She said it would be quote “too difficult” and that “it would take too long.” She also said that they would melt because she couldn’t hold them all. Any person with common sense would realize that a customer is willing to wait and that no one person could hold seven cones. She could have handed them out one at a time, and we would have been perfectly happy. As a fast food worker myself, this is completely and utterly ridiculous.

It is normally a great place to go for a burger. I usually hit the drive-through for a couple of All American meal deals on my way to watch the Chiefs with my dad. The ice cream machine was broken which I can understand. Got to my dad's, and the bun was soggy, and smashed down. Nothing like our orders in the past. Very disappointed.
