Tried to use my gift card but no one knew how to type it on. Says right on it that it needs typed in and also what to do if you don't know how. So I couldn't use the fantastic family bundle coupon because I had to download the gift card to my app and you can't use the coupons for online orders. So I had to spend more and not get what I would've otherwise ordered. They were very nice but someone should have known how to redeem the gift card for in store orders. The fries were cold, and the original chicken sandwiches were terrible. That's why I gave it a middle of the road rating. We probably should have gone to a different location. Paid $73. Not worth it at all.

Another horrible place both of the women managers are unprofessional. Nasty attitudes. Treat the costumer's & employee's horrible. There are children inside the back where the food is being made. Save your money don't go there & don't work there. I will personally be reporting them to corporate over information regarding this business!!! I noticed all the negative reviews & no change.. let's see what the BBB has to say.

I just left this location and ordered chicken fries with a side of fries at 12:20. I’m a student with only so much time for lunch. I open my fries and there is small hairs in the fries. I obviously won’t be eating those and don’t have time to go back to Burger King as again I am a student on a small lunch break. I called the location she was nice at first then says I can bring the food back so I told her I can’t I was on my small lunch break. She then acted like she didn’t believe me and was very rude telling me to bring the food back. Clearly she didn’t understand what a small lunch break is as a student. She was very disrespectful when at first I didn’t care about my refund I just simply wanted to let her know that she may want to make sure people are wearing the correct coverage or to change the fry basket so others don’t have this experience. Her tone of voice as a manager at a fast food restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. She’s also the one who implied I could get a refund but states I can’t unless I show the food. Here is the picture.
