Took like an hour to get two meals, and they only gave one at first. The female Manager was nasty too. And not to be rude but had extremely noticeable body odor. Not comfortable eating the food after that.

2nd time I have been here in the past 2 weeks. The sign where you order says “ if we don’t give you your blizzard upside down, the next one is free” This was the second time that they didn’t give me any blizzard upside down, nor would they have been able to without making a mess. As you can see in this picture, all the blizzards look like they’re about to melt out of the cup. That being said, they were still delicious.

Slowest and worst DQ in the state of KY. Employees will go smoke while your sitting at speaker waiting to give them your order. Once they finish smoking they'll take your order. Once at the window they ignore ya and just stand there talking to each other rather doing their job. Shut the place down if the owners can't run it like it's supposed to be ran. Either way need to get rid of this franchisee.
