Worst fast food experience of my life hands down. Grubhub driver here. Food was an hour late. They handed me an open, ripped bag with no utinsels or napkins the customer asked for. I was told the food was 5 minutes away multiple times and told to pull around to the back of the line twice and then to park in the lot and wait. After more waiting, I went back to the pickup lane to get the order since I had heard nothing, and recieved the order 15 minutes later. Whoever worked the pick up lane window from 7-8 on December 6th needs to be fired, this is just unexcusable. Mental!

It was very good and the employees were very nice and polite. Fast and hot fresh food and handled with care. Thank you for a terrific service at your establishment.

It was Chritsmas Eve. People are usually in a bad mood, having to work on that day and be home with family. These workers weren't. They maintained professional courteous service, and all had great attitudes. Hope I get to visit again next time I'm in Lexington.
