i came thru the drive through tonight and had to wait about 5 mins before my order was takin then the lady taking my order literally asked me after everything i ordered is that all is that all is that all like i was a bother and she was rushing me to the point i couldn’t even think about what i was needing to order making me forget the no onions on half the burgers i bought causing me to have to pull back around to order more when i got to the speaker around they put me on hold again for another additional five minutes till I had to speed off and park and go inside when approaching the counter once inside, I spoke to the manager about the young lady rushing people at the speaker told him that she was rushing me, and it caused me not to be able to get my order out correctly he said OK. I will talk to her did not the entire time I was there Extremely unprofessional and they should manage better who they have taking orders if someone is bothered by doing their job they shouldn’t work there will not be back.

Always great service! Gentleman taking orders and handing the food out the window was super pleasant. He was an older African American gentleman wearing a white castle sweater that was very festive for the holidays. He was extremely jovial and had superior customer service ! White castles is a favorite, I love getting the sack of 10 and some chicken wings as well as a fish sandwich and a big red. My crew was happy ! Will definitely return!

Person taking order was very nice. This happens to me every time. I live over an hour away and when in Lexington I stop by. I order a crave case, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 cheese pickles and onions. Upon arriving home yet again my order was messed up. All were cheese only. This is something so simple but is never done correctly.
