At first they tried to charge over $50 for an $18 order. Took 3 attempts to get order right over drive thru. Then when we got home part of our order was missing and still wrong! As you can see in the photos they are very sloppy with food. This place owes us! If we lived closer I would have returned order and demanded refund. Poor service.

This is hands down one of the best run restaurants in Louisville. The food is fantastic and always delivered fresh. The employees provide great service and even stop by your tables to help with trash. And one of the best parts about this restaurant is they are accountable. I have visited here four times. On one order, they brought my wife and daughters food but mine was somehow missed. They brought it to me after a couple minutes and left a coupon on my tray for a medium concrete mixer. I didn't complain, they just provided it as an apology for messing up. That was actually on my first visit and I've since gone four other times this month. Needless to say, most restaurants would not do this and that's a huge plus in my mind that this restaurant is being run the right way. We will be back.

First time eating here, stopped for Friday night dinner...the place is packed and the drive through has not slowed down. The food is hot... burgers taste really good, first time to try cheese curds.. they are like cheese sticks cut unto pieces. Overall is good place to eat and will be back Getting dessert to go😉
