The food is great! In the winter I totally dig the chili and in the summer time I absolutely love the sugar cookies , famous lemonade, and their amazing salads that are unique. The staff is extra helpful and upbeat, their customer service is 9/10. The only thing I didn't care much for is the messy bathrooms and trash on the counters. Other than that i am content with this location @ Wendy's.

The workers here are rude, they don't greet you as soon as you pull up to the speaker instead they wait 10 min to tell you to hold on.. They cuss through the speaker if you say, "hello". Then after you wait 20 min to order by the time you get to the window food is nasty and cold. The manager needs to do better and retrain or hire better people. Btw I thought this would be a one time experience but no this is all the time.. I just drive farther out..

Should have read reviews. Just as everyone else complained, we pulled up to the speaker and no one said anything at all. We waited nearly 10 minutes before saying hello to be rudely told to wait a minute. That minute turned into about 10 more. During that extra 10 minutes is when I read the reviews and decided to just leave due to how terrible their service is. It is a shame corporate will not do something after seeing all the terrible reviews! Meanwhile, went to a different Wendy’s on Shelbyville Road in Middletown and got greeted kindly and serviced quickly!
