Update: a regional from White Castle sent me a letter apologizing for the problem. He also sent me a $10 gift card to replace my order. On my return visit everything was great I ordered a sack of Chicken rings and she repeated it back to me. When I got home and looked in my bag I found a sack of onion rings. I paid for chicken rings. Too tired to drive all the way back to the restaurant.

My mom went to White Castle today on corner of Outer Loop & Preston Hwy. She ordered some burgers without cheese and a chocolate milk shake from the drive through. It was a little bit after 12 noon. They made her wait 20 mins for her order. When she got her food the burgers were cold & dry. They onions on the burgers were also dry. They tasted old like they had been sitting around. Her milkshake was mostly vanilla with only a little bit of chocolate in it. But it was supposed to be a whole chocolate milkshake. My mom is now sick with upset stomach and nausea. This is the worst service!
