Service wasn’t soo bad but the quality of the food was TRASH!! No way my bacon should look like last week hard and burnt tasting! Literally the worst breakfast I EVER had !! Staff is obviously lazy and needs better training or maybe get another job!

This review is to share what an amazing time my daughter (the birthday girl) and all of our guests had at her birthday party at Burger King on Florida Blvd. (right in front of the Amazon distribution center). The management and staff were AMAZING! We happened upon this BK location while stopping for a potty training stop one afternoon and my mom and I were shocked over the cleanliness, brightness, kind employees and awesome (and clean) Playland! Upon talking to the manager and finding out they offered birthday parties in the Playland, I was sold! The day of the party, I was running around with my head cut off and my husband got there before me. When I called him and told him we were in route with the rest of the decorations, he says ooook... but you may not need them. I was baffled to say the least, but when I walked in I was amazed! They don't "decorate" for everyone, but they loved Madison so much from our visits after our initial one, that they blessed her (and I) tremendously! The manager, Ms. CeCe was incredible and one of her staff members was there decorating with their own personal items and even made a special birthday pin for Madison. The impression they left on me and my family is truly a special one! Every kid got a happy meal and when we cut the cake, they had a cup of BK vanillia ice cream. We unfortunately always hear the negative reviews or comments on social media, so I knew I HAD to make a POSITIVE one about this Burger King location, it's amazing management and incredible and thoughtful staff! These people went above and beyond and for that, I am eternally thankful and would HIGHLY recommend their restaurant, food and services.

YOU CANNOT HAVE IT YOUR WAY AT THIS LOCATION! More times then not they don’t have the buns to make the original chicken sandwich. Secondly, it’s during lunch hours and there’s a young lady making food back there while talking on the phone with her neck bent to the side to hold her phone! Lastly, the person in front of me asked for sauce and it was given to them. When I ask for sauce I was charged! Hmmmm Terrible.
