Food was good as Cane’s usually is. HOWEVER the service leaves everything to be desired and they have the music turned up SO LOUD that you cannot have a conversation with the person sitting across from you. Also, the tea was out, ketchup wasn’t stocked either and when we asked for some, were treated like we asked for something way out of the ordinary. Just terrible customer service. We will NOT be back to this location.

I literally got my food in 30 SECONDS (this has never happened at any canes) Fries: 8.5/10 crispy, hot, salty, and savory Chicken: 7/10 hot, juicy, savory, not crunchy Texas toast: 10/10 crunchy, buttery, hot, and savory Canes sauce: 9.5/10 cold, perfect blend if you like ketchup and mayo Amazing song choices for music and atmosphere Overall rating 8.9/10

03/06/25 around 2pm ordered a Caniac Combo with toast instead of slaw and 2 sauces w/ a drink. Both windows read me my order back correctly. When I opened it 10min later it was the box combo no extras. Had to share with someone too so I wasn’t even satisfied after it not to mention the price difference.
