I used to love coming to this location as it is close to my office and everyone was always kind and service top notch. However recently, management has made it go down hill. The older, white gentleman (manager) who used to be vibrant and helpful is now sour and dismissive. The younger, black female manager(?) seems new and is always rude. Placed a mobile order today in which I was charged twice. Besides telling me "we have no order for you," and "call customer service," the older white gentleman made sure to make me feel unwelcome with his body language. The younger black female, with her words. I honestly don't even see how SHE has a job, she must know someone. This was my second negative encounter with her in a few weeks. The first was simply because I asked for sauce. It looks like she makes sure that SHE gets HER sauce though. Shoutout to customer service for easily seeing my mobile order and crediting me for the issue. The only saving grace. I'll still go to Wendy's, just not this one.

DO NOT waste your time! You’ll wait forever for a young man who is so slow taking orders. He literally sighed the entire time we gave him our order 🙄😏 Sir, if this isn’t what you want to do, go somewhere else to work!!!! You chose this job, don’t take out your frustration on customers. This is not the place we came to love when the lovely young lady helped us each time we came by. We will not be returning and spending our hard earned money on a joke of an establishment😡

Just had the perfect pretzel bun chicken sandwich. The bun was soft and warm, the fries were fresh but about 5 minutes from taking them out of the frier, perfectly salted. I have been telling myself I am going to start a diet. This is the perfect meal to start a fasting. Thank you Wendy's for such an amazing meal. Praise Jesus Christ for the love that we all have together!
