Didn't send me my orange juice and sandwich didn't have bacon and was kinda cold. My driver Jeremy went back and they ignored him and didn't give him my correct order..burger then hung up on me and now it stays busy..ambassador caffrey location lafayette la

Not too bad of a visit. Tried the chicken sandwich which left some to be desired. The service was not the best, not too inviting or helpful. The dining area could use some cleaning with dust and cobwebs on the railings/seating. Overall, expected for what BK is known for nowadays.

When people walk into a Fast Food location they just want to eat and go, they do not want additional problems added to their agenda. In today's world that is hard to come by. Fast food locations are suffering with poor customer service and the quality of food is dwindling. Yet, at this BK location I received exactly what I wanted: quick order, quick hot food, and a satisfied pallet. Perfect Service. Perfect Food! Easy 5 Star! Thanks for the flash back in time to when Fast Food was all about the customer!
