Just ordered from Wendy’s operator was friendly .But then i received my food look like half my fires was eaten and soaked in grease 😫😫 thanks for caring for your customers 15.00 I could’ve make my own food never again

Not a usual Wendy's experience! Has a grilled chicken wrap, dried out pieces of chicken and flat lettuce....uhhh not good. Client had a Baconator burger, patty was cremated. And fries well almost cooked as a soggy cool excuse for fries. Adding the incredibly slow service rate to get the food think 5 minutes?! Let's say this branch needs some help.

Fries were cold. We walked in and while there was multiple employees standing around the register, it seemed like no one wanted to take the order. Even the manager of the shift walked up to the register and still didn’t even tell us hello or took our order. They gave us our cups, but the drink machine was broken. We had to call for help, and the girl who made our drinks seemed irritated and bothered.
