So if you go in the morning the only thing they will serve is sausage croissants. They refuse to make anything else in the morning. If you go in the evening you can spend 15 min in drive thru IF they decide to sell food. Today they just didn’t sell anything and said we not serving at the moment. This is the worst bk I’ve ever been to. Why is the service so bad in a prime location? The girls on the inside don’t wear hair nets and have long fake nails which are health code violations. Just close down the whole store and be done with. How are you making money at this location? Does corporate even care?

How about they have you sit there for minutes on minutes and only say something when you’re pulling off? The attitudes in the past have been very negative and as if they’re doing you a favor, when they know if customers don’t pull up, they have no job.. I’m confused about the point of this store being opened for business. I’ll keep the other comments to myself & no, I don’t recommend!

The manager at this location on 9/12/2024 at 11:40am is in serious need of retraining. She was rude and abusive to multiple customers without cause. Refusing service to many who patiently waited. Horrible experience.
