I didn't want to believe the bad reviews but it took 20 minutes to order at the walk-up window. -2 stars for the lukewarm drink with no ice :-/

Man like I’m just really disappointed because I was ready to dip my fries in the honey mustard. Almost a 9 of of 10 but that and something else!

Not the staffs fault, but the automated order system is flawed. No way to change the order after the total is given, it doesnt repeat what was ordered, the speak to team member command is broken, and by the time you get to the window, your food is already made and it's too late to change it. The automated ordering system also can't tell you if theyre out of something when youre ordering.
