Tired of the usual drive-thru options, we decided to try Rally's Big Buford burgers, and we were pleasantly surprised. Based on this experience, I believe it's one of the better fast-food choices available. Although I'm usually not a fan of seasoned fries, I was hesitant to order them, but now I’m a convert. Additionally, the woman at the drive-thru was very friendly.

I ordered a double swiss cheese burger no bacon. As I was enjoying my burger I noticed it was raw meat. The cook needs to check for done ness before placing on burger.

Terrible. Got my order entirely wrong, and what they gave me was so poorly made and disgusting as to inedible. No receipt either, so I can't even call in about the order. They're all like this now, I'm not eating at Rally's anymore.
