Purchased a spicy chicken sandwich through the drive-thru and it was RAW!!! I thought I was going to be sick. Will never return, and think twice before you go to a Wendy's.

Worst experience at a drive thru I’ve ever had. Ordered on the app still got my order wrong. Over cooked fries. Refused to give me sauce when I asked. Mean demeanors. Didn’t even dress my sandwiches I had to do it myself.

Is just left at 12:36pm the light compicted manager in the drive through was so upset I asked for extra ketchup she balled up a bunch of packets and smashed it into my hands. I let her know I only had two packets in my bag and she became upset. I am not sure if their pay comes from withholding packets but this needs to be addressed
