If I can get this location zero stars I would. I just came here last week and got the 4 to 5 through the drive-through. I told the lady at the speaker that I wanted my order cooked to order as I’m driving back home. I opened the sandwich and it was bent up and just thrown together. There was barely any mayonnaise on the sandwich that was based across the bread, a few pieces of lettuce was just made like I don’t care and wanna be here ! The fries were cold . So I called to speak to the manager and she said will replace it for you if you can come back up here . I’ve been returned to the store. There’s two people there waiting for their order and there’s nobody at the front counter after 4 to 5 minutes of me walking in waiting at the front a man then comes out and I believe he’s one of the cooks and says what y’all waiting on? And I said I’m waiting on a manager to replace my food, instead of him going to get the manager, he didn’t start gagging with a customer in front of me . By that time, the cashier finally comes to the front and I tell her I’m waiting on a manager to correct my order. Mind you , the manager is nowhere in sight. No where to be seen ! It took them 15 minutes to remake my order. And the manager never came out to address the issue nor apologize. The location looked understaffed, but however, there’s a way to still be professional and take care of people , And these people just simply don’t care. Everyone in line was complaining about the lack of customer service .

The drive thru woman was very rude and hard to understand. As soon as I got to the window a person yelled something at me then slammed ghe door. Finally she came back and reprimanded me like a schoolboy for not pulling forward. There were zero cars in the drive thru at the time. The order was smashed when they finally brought it out after waiting 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger.

This was the only McDonald's within 120 miles of me fully participating in the Genshin Impact x McDonald's collaboration. This went so poorly. This was the first time I've gone to McDonald's in two years. The only reason I went to here was because of the limited time exclusive merchandise. THEY HAD NONE. The crew wiring was not even aware there was a national collab even happening. Thankfully, we at least got the in-game codes by email, so at least we got something out of it side from indigestion. We ordered in the app from the parking lot, but still had to wait 25 minutes before the food was even ready. And it was subpar, even by my memories of McDonald's low standards. That surely was the greasiest, overcooked and cold "McCrispy" sandwich to have ever existed. Surprisingly, after such a long wait the food was still cold. Like not even warm, just cold. Fries were mushy and soggy. No idea what they were doing back there, but it wasn't cooking. I was tempted to just throw the entire meal away. I did eat it, mostly due to morbid curiosity. It tasted of burnt pickles and salt. Which is weird cause I ordered my "sandwich" plain and dry. Can't believe that it cost me $12. How has this company not gone out of business yet? The only good things I can say was the place was at least not very busy, so dining in wasn't that bad. Interior was very clean. Kinda makes me wonder what was happening that took so long since there were less than 5 customers the entire time I was there. Oh well, it was at least better than having to drive all the way to Tyler to get to the next closest participating McDonald's.
