My ONLY gripe about the Southern Classics now is they gotta bring that seasoned crispy French Fry game back up like the Many and Natchitoches locations. Flimsy undercooked fries ain't gonna cut it. I make it my business to eat at MOST locations. Been a fan since a kid.

I was out in Shreveport for work numerous times from California and Wisconsin - THIS IS THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN. It's truly a southern classic of good fried chicken, red beans & rice cajun style, and biscuits. I truly miss this place from Louisiana.

The line was a little long after I got there but we all got thru pretty timely and the chicken is fresh and crispy. Better with the jalapeños squeezed over it but I like spicy 😋
